About Stats Ninja
The Face Behind Stats Ninja

Wiebke Plueckhahn
Data Scientist and Psychologist, M.Sc.
About me
In addition to data analysis and statistical consulting, I am in the third year of my doctorate in the field of work, organizational and business psychology.
What else is important: First things first - I love good coffee! In my free time I program, do a lot of sports and enjoy being out in nature. I prefer to be out on the water with a kite and kiteboard.
The Stats Ninja Story
During my bachelor's degree in psychology, I realized that I particularly liked numbers: while everyone else complained about the statistics exams, for me they were the easiest of the entire course. At the latest during my bachelor's thesis, when I was eagerly calculating on the sofa in SPSS on a Saturday evening, it became clear to me:
I would like to evaluate data later!
The Stats Ninja project began 2019 - parallel to my master's degree in psychology and bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science, I gave tutoring in statistics. During this time I discovered that tutoring is fun, but I could help some people much better if I simply took over the data analysis myself.
So the focus of my service shifted and since 2021 I have evaluated many different theses from a wide variety of disciplines.
In my own research during my doctorate, I specialized in complex statistical modeling methods (e.g. continuous time modeling, meta-analyses and multilevel analyses). At the same time I I worked as a research assistant in research and teaching for 3 years, and in this role I also supervised a large number of bachelor's and master's theses.
My takeaway:
There are no stupid questions and there is a solution for all statistical problems!
